It has… made me more confident within my job and relationships with the people I work with. In return I have received more confirmation from those people that I am doing a good job. My main concern was that I was not fit for the position of manager, but coaching has helped me to see that I am. That I make well thought-out decisions. LH, Social Enterprise Manager
THE FIRST STEP is to give me a call or drop me an email. You can tell me more about what goals or challenges you want to be coached on and I’ll explain what I can offer. My number is 07869 107647, email vik@vikbanks.co.uk
We can arrange a follow-up conversation (phone, zoom or in person) if you have any further questions. There is no charge for these discussions.
If we decide we’re a good fit we’ll fix a date for our first full session, which can be on zoom, in person or by phone. I’ll give you some questions to think through before we meet. We’ll agree a plan of how many sessions we’re going to do together, how often and how long each session will be.
You may only want a single session to tackle a specific issue. You may want to book a series of sessions to explore something in more depth or to work towards a larger goal.
One-off and first sessions will be 90 mins to two hours’ long so that we can get some good foundations in place. Further sessions can be from one to two hours’ long, to suit you. They can be weekly, fortnightly, monthly or more infrequently, depending on how urgent your coaching goals are.
What does it cost?
First session £135 (90-120 minutes).
Follow-up sessions: £90/hour; £135/90 minutes, £180/2 hours. (In London you could be paying up to £180/hour, so this represents good Northern value!)
You can also benefit from booking six sessions for the price of five.
For multiple individuals in organisations and teams, we’ll work out a cost based on your specific requirements.
MAKING COACHING ACCESSIBLE
I will generally have a couple of clients paying on a half-price or pay-what-you-can basis to ensure that coaching is accessible to people irrespective of income. If you would like one of these places, please ask.
If you are a freelancer or part of an organisation facing financial difficulties and you want to give coaching a go, ask about introductory pay-what-you-can sessions, which are an opportunity to discover how coaching can benefit you.
